ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is set to start on June 01, 2024 in West Indies and United States of America. 20 teams from all over the world will fight for the Top Position in the Points Table of T20 World Cup 2024. A total of 55 matches will be played in 29 days from 1^st June 2024 to 29^th June 2024 across 9 venues of West Indies and USA. Opening Match of the T20 World Cup 2024 will be played between the Co-Hosts United States and Canada on June 01, 2024 at Grand Prairie Stadium, Dallas. Whereas, the Final of the T20 World Cup 2024 will be played on 29^th June 2024 at Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados.

20 teams are divided into Four Groups of Five Teams each for the Group Stage of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.
Top Two teams from each group will qualify for the Super Eight Stage of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
Eight Teams will be divided in Two Group of Four Teams each of Super Eight Stage.
Top Two Teams from each group of Super Eight Stage will qualify for the Semi-Finals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
Final of the T20 World Cup 2024 will be played between winners of the Semi-Finals.

Allocation of Match Points

Each game is allocated with 2 points
In case of a Tied Match, the Super Over will come into play until the result is achieved
If the match is called off or abandoned, 1 point each will be awarded to both teams
Net Run Rate will be calculated based on Runs Conceded and Runs Scored by the teams

Number of Matches in Group Stage

Each of the teams will play 04 matches in the group stage of the 2024 T20 World Cup and by the end of the group stage, the top 2 teams will qualify for the Super-Eight Stage and the bottom three teams will be eliminated from the event.

Number of Matches in Super-Eight Stage

Each of the teams will play 03 matches in the Super-Eight Stage of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 and top 2 teams from each group will qualify for the Semi-Finals of the T20 WC 2024 by the end of the Super Eight stage. The rest of the four teams will be out from the race of Knock Out stage of the T20 World Cup 2024.

Semi-Finals of T20 World Cup 2024

Top Two Teams from each group of Super Eight Stage will qualify for the Semi-Finals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. 1^st Semi Final will be played on 26-06-2024 at Providence Stadium, Guyana and 2^nd Semi Final of the tournament will be played on 27-06-2024 at Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Trinidad & Tobago.
